History

Juxly was originally founded in 2014 by urologist Howard Follis, MD as Cohesity Solutions, a Next Generation Electronic Health Record (EHR) company focusing on user-friendly, template-driven functionality for multiple healthcare specialties. 

Dr. Follis had direct experience with the frustrations and limitations that doctors face in fulfilling their documentation responsibilities in a way that allows them to spend more time on patient care. He was determined to find workflow solutions to make the documentation process easier.

In 2021, Juxly received HITRUST CSF certification for Juxly Vault. This certification demonstrates that Juxly Vault has met key regulations and industry-defined requirements regarding appropriately managing risk. 

Looking forward, Juxly’s roadmap includes continued feature updates for Vault and Portal, as well as a plan to scale the company in marketing, sales, and product development.
